  1. License agreement

  3. Please read the following license agreement carefully.

  5. You are granted the following limited rights:

  7. a. A non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the shareware version 
  8.    of the AgataSoft KilX within evaluation period of 15 uses. 
  9.    (The trial period does not apply if you have registered the software).
  10.  
  11. b. The right to distribute the software in its shareware form to third parties,
  12.    provided the latter agree to accept the terms of this Agreement.

  14. c. One purchased license gives the right to install a registered version of 
  15.     AgataSoft KilX on 1 computer.
  16.

  18. It is strictly prohibited to:

  20. a. Modify the software partially or completely.
  21.  
  22. b. Decompile or reverse engineer the software.
  23.  
  24. c. Refer your registration number to third parties if you are a registered user.
  25.

  27. Limited warranty:

  29. Limitation of liability for indirect damages: The author cannot be held 
  30.   responsible under any circumstances for damages of any character arising out 
  31.   of the use of this product.

  33. This software is provided under license on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty 
  34.   of any kind, expressed or implied .
  35.  
  36. Property:

  38. This software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, 
  39.   and organization is an exclusive product of the LexSolaris company, which retains 
  40.   the property rights to the software, its copies, modifications, 
  41.   or merged parts.
